• Suspension Rights: The Victory Key reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that exhibit suspicious concurrent sessions or automated scraping activity.

4. Pass Types & Validity Guarantees

The Victory Key provides flexible student-friendly access models:

• Category Track Passes (e.g. SEBI, IBPS SO IT, Banking): Grants full access to mock tests, sectional papers, and syllabus study notes specific to that category.
• Till Selection Pass: Premium candidate pass that remains active throughout your exam preparation cycle until you clear the targeted recruitment cycle, protecting you from premature expirations.
• Lifetime Access Pass: Provides continuous, permanent access to all existing and future test series and study notes released on the platform without recurring subscription fees.

5. Intellectual Property & Anti-Piracy Watermarking

All question banks, detailed explanations, exam runner interfaces, software designs, and PDF study guides on The Victory Key are the proprietary intellectual property of The Victory Key.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because digital test materials, mock exams, and PDF study documents are unlocked instantly upon payment confirmation:

• Purchases of exam tracks, mock test series, and digital passes are generally non-refundable once access has been activated.
• In the rare event of duplicate billing or technical payment errors where access was not delivered, we provide a 100% full refund upon verification.
• Refund queries must be submitted within 7 business days to Consultantstvk@gmail.com.

7. Educational Disclaimer & Non-Affiliation
