• Suspension Rights: The Victory Key reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that exhibit suspicious concurrent sessions, automated scraping activity, or attempts to bypass authentication walls.

4. Course Tracks & Access Scope

The Victory Key provides targeted, examination-specific preparation tracks:

• Category Track Passes (e.g. SEBI Grade A, IBPS SO IT, CIL MT, Regulatory Bodies): Grants full access to full-length mock tests, sectional papers, and syllabus study notes specific to the purchased examination stream.
• All-Access & Combo Packages: Grants comprehensive access across multi-exam test series and high-yield study vaults as detailed in the course description during enrollment.
• Access Validity: Access to course materials is granted for the specific enrollment period indicated on the test series or package page, ensuring dedicated, goal-oriented exam practice.

Video lectures, topper strategy interviews, and notification breakdowns provided on The Victory Key are proprietary educational content:

• Personal Streaming Only: Video content is licensed strictly for individual viewing within our platform.
• No Recording or Ripping: Screen recording, video ripping, downloading via third-party tools, or republishing videos on external social media or video platforms is strictly forbidden.
• Authentication Gate: Access to video masterclasses requires an authenticated user account. Attempts to circumvent video route authentication via automated scripts or unauthorized scraping will result in an immediate IP and account ban.

6. Intellectual Property & Anti-Piracy Watermarking

All question banks, detailed explanations, exam runner interfaces, software designs, and PDF study guides on The Victory Key are the proprietary intellectual property of The Victory Key.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because digital test materials, mock exams, and PDF study documents are unlocked instantly upon payment confirmation:

• Purchases of exam tracks, mock test series, and digital passes are generally non-refundable once access has been activated.
• In the rare event of duplicate billing or technical payment errors where access was not delivered, we provide a 100% full refund upon verification.
• Refund queries must be submitted within 7 business days to tvk.head@gmail.com.

8. Educational Disclaimer & Non-Affiliation

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Victory Key shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, server downtime, or external network failures during a test session.
